When I try to install it the program starts but soon boggs down and up comes the following message. An internal read error has occured on M:\disk1\setup.ins. unable to load installation instructions. error 703. It has me stumped could use some help

Well that is an (error 703) interactive error. The first thing that comes to mind is to un-install the software and re-install. How is the drive installed? As a slave attached to the other CD ROM? You may want to plug it in with the hard drive insted of the CD. Or if you have removed the other CD did you remove the drivers for it? Lets go from here...

Try installing the software directly from
the program's folder on the CD, instead of
through the wizard that starts up when you
launch the CD.
