Cool Windoze

In internet explorer go to "Tools" "Windoze Update" and let it do it's thing. I have no experiance with Corel as I have always used MS Office.

That version of Corel does that, as it is a fairly old version and was programmed funny. It will basically look for the version of messenger, and if it's not the correct version it will try to update it. It does not accept a newer version as a good one. I've always simply said yes to the update, it went through its thing, then ran windows update to "update" it back. The install program should not crash....
