Looking for utility or program to open,

I'm not familar with this file extension.

No doubt it is a proprietary file for use with the Desktop Dyno
2000 program; would be useless info by itself. Go to a search engine (I used Lycos) and search for "Desktop Dyno
2000" and you'll get lots of info.

.rar files can be decompressed by using the WinRAR program. The program looks and runs similar to winzip and will decompress .zip files also. If you go to tucows.com, a software search for "winrar" will turn up a shareware version of the program. If you try the program, and decide to keep it, the cost is only $29.
