IE 6 "Repair" problem--98 SE

Over the last few weeks, it seems that my IE 6 opens slower and browses slower. I deleted temp files and cleared history, but it did not seem to help, so I went to "IE Repair Tool" in Microsoft System Information.

I tried to "Repair" my installation, but it gave me an error message to run setup again because " estier2.dll" was missing. I did not want to return to my previous version (5.5) so I went to http//dll.yaroslavl.ru/index to download the missing dll. My question is..which folder do I put this file in? I tried the IE Setup folder, but that did not work.

Any ideas?

On my computer it's in the C:\windows\system folder

That did it...was able to " Repair" installation. Hopefully I will see a difference now.
