ReMapping

Ok, since I have not had any problems with my systems lately I am getting a little rusty. I should know the answer to this but darned if I know what part of the brain its stored in. Anyhow. I am removing a small 6Gb drive from my win2kpro box and using it to build a 3rd system for the wife. when I remove this drive from my system its gonna screw up the current mappings. Is there a way to remap with out re-installing programs that were on, say drive E, but are now on drive D?
