Help with aPRO1.pdf file

My kids deleted files, and when I try to open a file at a website, I get a message telling me I need to download it. I also receive a message that indicates
I need APRO1.pdf to download. Why can't I just view it without downloading?

How can I find this? They emptied the recycle bin, so it's no longer available.

Thanks. Kathy

.pdf files should open in Adobe Acrobat. Check for the executable file in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 4.0\Reader or similar location and see if you can get Acrobat to run. You may need to do an uninstall on the program and download & install new copy.
