Two springs back,I pressure washed all my decking and lattice, etc. out by the pool. Just pressure washing made the deck look almost new. However, this spring I'm pressure washing again...this time using a stain when I'm done washing. Am I doing ok by only washing and staining, or do I have to do other things to make my deck look great again? Also, Are there any other tips someone can share on this time consuming project?

I have powerwashed many decks in the past, but nowdays there are new procducts for removing old stains and restoring deck surfaces. One that I have tried, and liked, is "Deck Care" by "Enforcer". It greys the wood, but application with a garden or deck sprayer is a lot easier than powerwashing. It's worth considering.
