Question Foundation Screws vs 4x4 Posts w/concrete

Does anyone have any experience using foundation screws as opposed to 4x4 Posts w/concrete?

Never used these, but the concept seems sound and has been used in the building of houses requiring foundation anchoring for some time.

My concerns would be keeping it plumb while setting and does it stay plumb after a couple of years? (Especially in a site that has been filled and may settle over time.)

Any tips/tricks on installation?

For the curious, here's a company that makes them:

Thanks,
Peter

Before you get too far afield, you might check with your building permit folks to see if it is allowed in the first place. No matter how good it may be, there is no point in using it, if the inspector won't approve it.

Hope this helps.
