composite & 2x2 CCA sleepers over concrete
Hey Lefty,
Long time no speak!!! No question, just kinda showin off!! Spring has sprung and the little woman's thoughts have turned to...
HOME IMPROVEMENT!!
She had the idea of tying our covered concrete patio into the new deck we had built last year. These are the latest pics. We have most of the decking down, just some minor stuff to finish. ill post pics as i get them. this is just the pics of the sleepers. more to follow!!

Hey, fatkid --
ONE of us has been a "long time no speak"!
2X2 sleepers over the slab and a composite decking over them? SHOULD WORK!! Just figure out which way the slab is sloped and run the sleepers in the direction so they don't trap water.

Got some more pics up. the little woman has even gotten involved building the frame for the "dock" that goes in the dug out spot below the stairs. we are using Timber tech in gray, cause it matched the weatherbest gray that we installed on the top deck. We are thrilled with the WB, price was the reason we went w/ the TT. Got the TT for $1486 for 35 boards 5/4" x 6" x 20 '. We also have some plans for curtains, and a fan under the cover.
