Question anyone make their own pressure washer soap?

Hi does anyone make their own cleaning soap for pressure washing a house deck or siding? They sell it at HD but its 5-6 bucks a jug.. im guessing its just dish soap and some whitener.. does anyone make their own???

What about for washing a vehicle?

simple_john,

You could try to use dish soap in your pressure washer but all you would have is the biggest bubble machine on the block.

It's not strong enough to wash your deck but strong enough to wash the wax off your car.
Each soap you are looking to replace is a specialized product.

I buy concentrated pressure washer car wash with a built in wax that costs about $20.00 CDN/gal.
You only use two ounces of concentrate/gal of water. A jug usually lasts me two summers and that's washing several vehicles per week.
