Hi - We replaced deck boards about 2 1/2 months ago - used pressure treated lumber - how do I make the new boards match the old (20 year old decking with stained waterproofing)? I used the waterproofer that we had used on the existing deck today, but it is much lighter. Should I get a darker stain/waterproofer to make it match, or just use multiple coats of the stain I am using?

The 20 year old wood was probably CCA treated. The new wood is either ACQ or borate treated. They are different colors. The old wood is old and has changed colors. The new wood will do that too, EVENTUALLY.
You COULD try a darker stain to get the two to more closely match, but within a few years the newer wood will probably be darker than the old.
At 20 years old, you'll probably be replacing the rest of the boards in 5 or 10 years, and you'll encounter the same problem.
