Pouring concrete after porch is completed

I am still trying to figure out my plan of action for a screened porch with a low deck on the side. This is in the back of my house, which is concrete, so I am planning to build the whole thing with that as the foundation. My question is, after I build the screened porch, if the concrete flooring needs to be built up to create a smoother, better looking floor, will I have trouble getting the concrete poured if the porch is already there? Due to a couple of timing/logistics/cost issues, I don't want to have a foundation poured first, and it may not be necessary at all.

Cool, and I guess the knee wall will act as the framing? If I have to lay it down, it will only have to be a thin layer for looks.
