Stain cedar rail to match tigerwood?

I have just finished putting down my tigerwood decking. I treated it with Penofin Exotic Oil, and it is a beautiful dark amber/orange/red-ish kind of thing. I blew my budget on the decking, and I can't buy tigerwood for the railing. I don't like the look of the composit rails, so I am doing a cedar rail. I want to stain it to look nice with the tigerwood. Any recommendations?

I talked to a guy at Dunn Lumber and he mentioned that I might be able to use the same Penofin oil that I used on the Tigerwood. It is the Exotic Hardwood one, however: http://www.penofin.com/products_exotichardwood.shtml.

Anyone ever try this?
