Estimating deck screws

HELP ! Anyone out there have a formula for estimating the amount of screws for redecking 240 sq.ft. of decking ?

2 screws per joist x number of joists/ledger x number of deck boards. Assuming 6" decking.
I think most places have signage or its on the box of how many screws per pound.

Screws

800 screws in the field plus 2 per board across one end. This is for 16 in OC joist spacing.

What type material are you redecking with? Very important.

Look for the composite deck screws. They have dual pitch threads with #2 square drive. They also set themselves below the surface without mushrooming.
