Best Wood Filler for Outdoor Porch???
I finally finished painting the floor of the farmers porch and would now like to paint the perimeter joist that goes around the whole thing. I installed PT 2x10x12's over the existing perimeter joists for cosmetic reasons about 3-4 months ago. Before I paint I would like to fill the gaps between the boards.....
What product would be best to fill the gap that would survive the constant expansion/contraction of the wood? Plain Jane wood filler? Wood Epoxy? Or paintable silicone caulking?
The gaps range from 1/16 to 3/16 in width. I'd like to get something that won't be as likely to crack/separate for a long long time. Thanks!

A quality siliconized acrylic latex caulk would probably work best. It might shrink a little so you might want to caulk them twice. Most any of the different wood fillers will do a nicer looking job but they won't flex any
