12x12 Gazebo floor?

Hey guys, new to the site, browsing and love it so far.

I just received as a gift a 12x12 metal Gazebo. Obviously putting it straight on the grass would be a pain to mow under. What would you guys suggest as a good looking alternative as flooring to screw it into?

A 6" high quality reinforced concrete pad for permanence.
If decking is used, please use stainless steel screws. My decking was assembled cheaply, using steel - now rust screws, soon all will have to be replaced.

Welcome to the forums!

I'm not sure I totally understand what you have but if there is no floor to the gazebo, you'd build a deck to set it on it. A pic or 2 might help - http://www.doityourself.com/forum/el...your-post.html

You'll need something more substantial to anchor the gazebo than just screwing it to a deck. Build the gazebo first, anchoring it's posts in footings, then build the deck for the floor.
