What to do with this ugly patio..???
Looking for suggestions for a cost effective solution to sprucing up this patio and make it look the nicest for the money. It measures 15X21, it looks to have been poured in 4 separate slabs which are slightly different heights and as you can see one slab has a big crack in it.
I'd rather not spend over $600 bucks to complete this project and my DIY skills are average at best.
Any thoughts?

Brother28,
Welcome to the forums.
Your desire to keep the cost under $600 means your talking a bit less than $2/sq.ft. if you keep it the same size. That will limit you to replacing the one section that is cracked (assuming that it's indeed 4 seprate pours, not one pour with control joints scribed into it.)
If you are thinking about replacing the entire thing, you're looking at about 4 yards of concrete. First question is what sort of access to it do you have? Good enough to get a transit truck to get to it? (Think a 3 axle Kenworth, Peterbuilt, Mack, etc.) If you can't get a semi to it, you'll need to have the concrete pumped.
Do your "average at best" DIY skills include forming and finishing concrete? If they don't, you'll need to call a few concrete contactors and get bids. Depending on where you're at and access and the finish you choose, they'll come in 3X to 6X your $600 budget for a total replacement.
