Tearing apart a deck

I'm tearing apart our redwood deck that we've had for about 8 years. The deck is in good condition, with no rotted wood. It measures about 40' x 10'. To build it, we used phillips-head screws.

I have 2 questions:

1. What is the best/easiest way to take apart the deck?
2. Any recommendations on what to do with the wood when we're finished since it's in pretty good condition, and does this depend on how the deck is taken apart?

Thank you

Post an ad on craigslist asking someone to take it down in exchange for the good wood. Or take it down yourself and put an ad for someone to come and take the wood away. Works great!

Screwgun, sawzall, sledge hammer... Thats the way!
