Goo Gone Remover?

Can I use Goo Gone Remover to remove the stain on concrete patio?

I asked different one since Last night my friend dropped the wine on the patio cement and it is a little bit stain now.

So why would you think GooGone would be a good choice? It's for removing adhesive, stickers, glue, etc. Soap/detergent and water and a stiff brush would be the best option.
