New patio over concrete from old fence

Hi. I just finished removing a small deck but I have one post still stuck in concrete , even after digging two feet around it and two feet down I cannot get it loose and out. it wiggles a bit but not much. I can see the sides of the concrete but not sure how deep it is. The post measures around six feet and I assume another six inches is in the concrete. . Question I have is, do I keep trying to remove the post or just cut as close as possible to the concrete and then fill up the hole and lay the patio over it. Also is there any other way to remove the post.

DY-NO-MITE. I'd probably just cut it off if it is below the level of the new patio. What method of removing the old post are you using now?
