Swing set swings crooked

I built a swingset from a kit (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000BXJI9/)
I used 10ft 4x4s in the A frame instead of the 8ft 4x4s that the kit said to use.

I have noticed that the swing not only goes back and forth, but also side to side, basically swinging on a diagonal instead of perpendicular to the top beam.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make the swing swing correctly(meaning only back and forth)?

Thanks

Swing

Increase the distance between the suspension points for the two suspension points of each swing. The suspension points should be farther apart than the seat is wide. Make sure the two sides of each swing is the same length. (you can count the links.)

And make sure the top rail (supporting the swings) is spot-on level. If it's off by just a tad, the swings will hang and swing catty-wampus (out of plumb).
