Question Question regarding joist span for low deck

Hi All

Newly signed up, been browsing for awhile as I plan out my new deck.

My current plan is http://imgur.com/b3L6yoc
Build location http://imgur.com/zw8OqRB

This will be very low to ground, at the maybe probably 12" from ground to deck floor. It's being built off of an existing concrete patio, using that as a "beam/ledger".

My question is around the joist span between beams. Right now, it's at around 51" which I know is acceptable. I'm thinking that I may only need two beams instead of the three pictured (middle, end). This would bring the span to a little over 7 feet. Is that acceptable or am I gonna get some bounce? I'm not sure if I can follow the traditional span tables as I'm not technically using any beams.

These will be 2x6 joists on a doubled 2x6 beam. Post spacing is ~45".

Additionally, are there any other red flags that pop up in the current design?

It appears that you're not technically using any footings either. That's the first red flag, if you want it to meet code.
