Is there a non yellowing permanent vinyl tile sealer for exterior ?

The title says it all but looking for a clear sealer that will not yellow when exposed to sunlight ??? These are peal n stick tile that I want to seal ...

Welcome to the forums.

Vinyl itself will yellow with time and sun exposure so I don't think you're going to prevent that.

You used peel and stick on the exterior? In Southern AZ? Why waste money on sealer. That probably won't last a year, at least it wouldn't up here. Sorry, but it's just not a good idea.

You could have put a nice slip resistant tile down for just a few dollars more, esp if it's on concrete.

If you really want to put down a sealer, most water based won't yellow too bad, but as said, they won't protect the vinyl tile itself.
