Best Patio Door For The Money

I thought I'd ask what is the best patio French doors for the money. Are those at Lowe's and HD any good? I appreciate your input.

Andersen's are nice. Marvin's are better. Their "ultimate" lives up to it's name. Course, you pay for it... but you do get what you pay for. So I dunno what you are asking when you say "best door for the money". All depends on how much money you're talking.

Never dealt with Marvin, but they have a good rep. Andersen is my go to choice. Either the 200 Permashield (replacement style) or Narrowline or 400 Frenchwood (full size) series. Both use the same parts and engineering and are well made. NO on the 100 series.

Oh crap...French doors? 400 series. Can find them for about $1600-1800 depending on options. They lock like a bank vault and are very heavy duty doors. Skip the $600 specials at a big box.
