Techno posts for exterior landing and stairs

Am building a 5by3 landing with four 7 inch risers and three 12 inch treads. I plan on considering techno posts for footings or may dig and pour. Landing and stairs will not be attached to house. Am trying to decide how many footing. I presume 4 for the landing to support beam and joists, and then a footing for stringers. Do I need one for each stronger or can I put two and run a 2by10 between them and rest other stringers on that?

If you live in a cold part of "ME," with deep frost potential, you should use individual deep concrete footings for each stringer, with bottoms below frostline. Bridging between exterior stringers with a 2 x 10 is asking for trouble, and probably will not be looked upon favorably by your local AHJ.
