Rained on bare scraped wood railing top - How long to dry?

It looks and feels dry to me, but it rained yesterday morning a little. Not heavy all day rain. How long before I can prime the area that I had scraped? I think it's PT wood and it had peeling paint that I scraped off, but didn't get a chance to prime and then it rained on it.

Like I said, it feels and looks dry to me. Today the sun in shining and it's in the 80's.

Thanks

Rain water will dry out a lot quicker than water from pressure washing. Without being there to inspect it I'd say it's probably fine. If applying a latex or waterborne stain there is a little bit of wiggle room, unlike oil stains.

Thanks everyone, I think I'll put the primer on tonight when I get home!
