Under deck ceiling leaking

Hey all,
I have a pretty large 2nd story deck behind my house. Previous owners installed panels below it to keep the bottom story space dry.
I have some leaks in it. Nothing major. But water is coming through some seams, screws, and where the deck touches the house.

Best product to use to seal those? Preferably I want to use a simple spray I can use to spray over leaky areas when they are dry.

Thoughts?

You do realize spraying something is a temporary work-around and not a solution, right?

That's why I was asking. I am considering setting up a patio in this area and want it to be dry before I do it.
So what would be a good solution vs just a band-aide?

+1 Stickshift... and it might be a temporary solution that leaves permanent goop... unless you don't care what it looks like.

I would add that it is pretty hard to give any kind of recommendation when we don't know what kind of product they used. Is it Timbertech Dryspace? Got pictures? Have you disassembled any of it?
