Steel Patio Cover Help

I am wanting to construct a patio cover that is freestanding and 20’x20’ from outer corner to outer corner. I only want 4 legs and they will be around 8.5-9 feet above ground. Legs need to be at the four corners. What metal Shape and size do I need to span 20 feet? Purlins, I beam, square tube, rectangle tube, pipe? There is zero snow load where I am at and the only load will be the weight of Galvalume panels and whatever wind happens here. I have attached a picture of something similar. Please send me some ideas of materials requir d.
thanks,
Boomhauer

The ones I have built were all aluminum and used 11" C channel beams bolted to the post sides. The roof was often w-pan or flat pan but we sometimes used SIP's. All had a integral gutter/fascia perimeter, but I suppose that's not a requirement.

There are companies that are dealers for these things... I don't know where you could find them retail.
