Rim joist to ledger connection question

I have a question about my rim joist to Ledger connection as you can see I have one that is flat on and the other comes in at almost 45 degree angle. How do I connect the 45 degree angle Rim joist to The Ledger?

Welcome to the forums.

Use this for posting pictures..... How-to-insert-pictures

I'm not the pro in this forum but it looks like you're attempting to attach a ledger board to a cantilevered part of the house. As far as I know..... you cannot attach a deck ledger to that.

It's not cantilevered. It is fully supported by foundation unseenunde and the joists on the inside run the full length of the house

You generally want your rim to be doubled... so you could put it in a 45 degree joist hanger, then add an additional one on the outside to double it up.
