Deck Stair Landing cantilever alllwed?

Morning,

I already installed the gate on my deck for the stairs and as I was digging the footers for the landing as the deck is about 10 feet high.

I realized Iím a moron and that there is about 3 inches of concrete where two of the footings are supposed to be. I assume the concrete is part of the footings of the House/chimney as the concrete extends 24 inches out.

Am I allowed to build a landing and have 4 posts but extend the landing about 26-30 inches past the landing post?

Not totally sure that made sense. But i want the landing to be against the chimney. But i canít dig next to the chimney because of the house footings.

Here are are some pics

thanks

Cantilever can only be a maximum of L/4 where L is the joist span. And no, it doesn't make much sense without a picture or drawing.
