Size of paper to submit plan for permit?

Hello, can someone tell me what size of paper to use to submit a plan for a permit for a 12x24 covered patio in San Fernando California?

You need to call or visit your local permit office. They may have guidelines.

All it took for my 10 x 14 shed in VA was a single 8.5 x 11 showing property lines and easements. If your's it attached, it may take more....detached...probably less.

Your local permitting office is your guidance for just about everything. They are the ones that will issue approval or disapproval so they are the ones to keep happy.
