How to clean wooden deck?

I have a 2 story deck and long walkways to boot. Then stairs down to the dock.
Just assume BIG.

Today I used outdoor Windex Cleaner...attach to a hose...rinse, clean and rinse again
Came our okay and was not too difficult. Went through 2 of these so at $25 each time I cleaned, I was wondering if someone had a better idea. I have a power washer but it is cumbersome up and down the stairs especially thew steps down to dock.
Just wondering if someone had a product or a METHOD that was considered
EZ PEEZY. Was wondering about a mop and Spring Green mixed with water. But there has to be an idea or product that can help me.

No firsthand experience, but I've heard a bleach/water solution and scrub with a nylon brush then rinse with hose.

What mossman is suggesting is what I do. I wet the deck first, spray on a 50/50 bleach/water solution, scrub with a brush and then rinse with clean water.

I also spray on a bleach solution with a pump up garden sprayer, let it set but not dry and then rinse with my pressure washer [hose will also work] I'll retreat stubborn areas and scrub them with an old broom. This method is cheap and effective.

There is also a product that doesn't need rinsing but it's kind of pricey and I've not used it,
