Polymer decking

Hi All , looking for suggestions for mounting polymer deck boards on top of a polymer board that is already mounted on cement blocks, construction adhesive has be considered, any other thoughts?

I think a mechanical fastener would be most reliable. I used solvent based construction adhesive (Liquid Nails) to attach some polymer deck boards as a top perimeter around some pre-cast concrete planters. It held for a while but eventually the glue failed. I assume the difference in the expansion rates was too much for the glue to overcome so you might have better luck. Personally I'm a fan of neatly counterboring holes and setting a stainless steel screw, but I don't mind seeing fasteners.

Hard to say when we dont know the exact product being used. A little more info maybe? And why you aren't following mfg's installation instructions? That info should be in there.
