New vinyl railing, how to fill screw holes?

We just got a brand new deck with a nice new vinyl railing. We are looking to put some string lights around it, but the concern is the screw holes in case we change our mind. I see there are plugs, but those look pretty ugly. Is there a putty or filler we could use?

Not that will make them invisible. But for filling gaps or small holes in vinyl you could use Stelmax 1985 white pvc resin. I order it from eBay.uk.

You could also use OSI Quad caulk, white, and polish it with a clean rag and paint thinner. But nothing with make the holes completely unnoticable.

I think most people would wrap the lights around or use white zip ties.

I'll see how white zip ties look. I also saw some under railing mounts that may be pretty invisible.
