Removing stains from concrete

Not exactly stains, but my walkway has melted rubber garden hose and melted power line insulation stuck to it. It also has melted aluminum from the power line. I have tried household cleaners and wire brushing with zero luck. Today I power washed and got rid of most of the melted aluminum but it had less effect on the melted rubber.

Anyone know a solvent that might get this up?

I don't think anything is going to remove the burned rubber other than scraping it off.

The sidewalk is rough broomed so scraping won't work. If I can't find a solvent I'll probably try a torch.

MEK might dissolve the rubber but it also might spread the stain wider/deeper. Have you tried TSP and a scrub brush?
