Rusted deck support poles

There are three Steele piles supporting my deck. They’re in dirt not on the concrete patio. The bottoms of the poles have rusted and have visible holes. What should be done? I am looking for the most economical option. Should I be worried the deck will fall?

Yes, I'd say you should be worried... Sounds like you need to temporarily support the deck on either side of each column and replace the columns one at a time, putting the new columns on concrete piers that extend above grade.
