How To Replace 4x4 Post?

I am rebuilding my outdoor pergola patio and need to replace a 4x4 post that is set in concrete (w/ brackets).

What is the best way to tackle this and which hardware should be used on the post itself?

Thanks!

If you can get the bolt out it looks like all you need to do is set up some temp bracing, remove the post and replace.

Is that an existing bracket at the top also?

The lower bracket actually has two bolt holes (one is buried) and the top of the post has a T bar brace with lag bolts.

If you can't get the bolts out , brace deck first , Saw post off at lower bracket and use hammer and chisel to chip out the rest ,Saw bolt in haft .
