Killing moss on rough concrete dock decking

Prefer not to pressure wash it. Is there a product I can spray on it that will kill it?

I'd prefer not to use round up. Any suggestions?

Wet-And-Forget might work. Multiple applications and scrubbing with a hard bristle broom.

A mild bleach solution will clear it up.

What parts bleach to water?

I see that Wet and Forget as well - looks intriguing.

My concern with the bleach is will it make the area slippery upon application? The moss currently when wet is a little slippery when wet.

I use a 1:4 bleach to water solution for heavy growth or in hot summer when it evaporates faster. In cooler weather and lighter deposits I use 1:6ish.

Yes, wetting moss will make it slippery and adding super slippery bleach doesn't help but bleach works best at killing it. For a less slippery option you can use an iron sulphate solution but it causes slight rust stains which might be a nice look since it can look a bit like stained concrete.

Bumping this thread as I'm still looking.

I talked to Wet and Forget and they don't recommend using near water - to stay away 100 feet.

Since the moss is on concrete docks I need something that if it got into the water (ocean) would be safe.

I used W&Forget on some concrete paving stones with moss. Worked great in 2-3 days. I am not near water and see the warning on the label. Nothing about ocean runoff. Why not do it on a clear day with no rain for a few days.
