Tell me if this post checking is a concern plz

Just near completion of my deck being built and noticed this cracking on the posts and small ones stemming off I know its called checking but let me know if I should be concerned and have him replace them plz as Im sure if I request it, it would be an issue but I want to ensure there is no problems in the near future. Any comment is a good comment, thx

Welcome to the forums!

Checking is common with PT wood and normally isn't something to worry about. How deep are the cracks?

My front porch has sawmill oak 4x4 posts one of which developed a significant crack. I ran a bolt thru it 25+ yrs ago with no issues since.

Your cracking appears completely normal. When you said "checking" I was expecting to see cracks against the grain breaking the wood into little squares. All of your cracks are with the grain which happens normally as the wood dries.
