Deck over concrete pad

Would anyone have any ideas how to build a deck over a concrete pad. My pad is starting to become unsightly due to cracks/age.
Too expensive to remove it.
Once I get a base in I would be underway. Also the concrete pad is uneven.

That cracked, uneven, concrete pad got that way because it is moving. Putting a deck on top of it is not going to stop it from moving. So in 5 or 10 years you will have an uneven deck on top of it. If you think removing the concrete is expensive now, wait until you get the figures for repairing or replacing the deck!!
