Outdoor kitchen granite countertops

Hey new here. I had a question on outdoor countertops I have cinderblocks laid down on a concrete slab about 10 feet long and originally I was planning on concrete for the countertops but now I’m worried that the surface isn’t going to be smooth enough so I’m leaning towards getting some granite counters but was wondering if I should pour a 2” thick slab of concrete underneath the granite? Because I’m not sure if it would be level enough? If that makes sense?

They don't pour slabs of concrete on top of kitchen cabinets to then install granite so you wouldn't need that outdoors but you will need to shim them when installing the slabs.
