Go to your magazine seller and pick up a copy of HERB Quarterly. Not only can you find sources for directions for what to put in the bottles but you will also find sources for the decorative bottles. Also look for decorative bottles in antique shops, gourmet shops, etc.
Go to your local library and get books on herbs which tell you how to use them. The specific use is HERBAL VINEGARS. They may also have directions for the gourmet style you are looking for. Take a look in the cooking section and also ask the reference librarian for assistance. They are usually pretty good at helping you find what you are looking for.
