I recently moved into a small home which has a second floor bedroom/loft. The room has a glass door to an outside balcony which faces southeast. This means that when the sun rises, so must I. Because of this I have put up a room darkening shade which covers the windows in the door. It is not beautiful, but it is practical. The problem lies in the small arch window that is directly above the door. I would like to cover it and the shade hardware with something but I can't seem to find a treatment that works. I want to be able to open the door without fighting with fabric getting in the way. I can send a picture of the problem to anyone who want to look at it. Any help will be appreciated.

 

You can purchase shutters, pleated shades etc for these arched windows. Looks nice and covered well.
