New apartment
#1

We are going to move to this apartment. We need to separate the dinning room, so our guest wont see it from the living room. And we are confused where to put the tv and computer. The main bed room is not big enough to put them in. And the other bed room is for the guests. Please give advices. We dont like many things inside, it will feel narrow. And we like contemporary interior. Thanks.

i think you could probably have the computer in the 2nd bedroom and still have room for guests. maybe get a futon or trundle bed or daybed for in that room. with only 2 bedrooms & one living space, space is at a premium. i wouldn't devote the guest room completely to guests. make it a multi-purpose room.
i'm not sure why you want to completely close off the dining room from view of the living room - ??? or that you should. doing so will really close in the living room & make it seem even smaller. what's so unattractive about a dining room??
instead, i would simply orient the furniture in the LR so that when you're in the LR you're not sitting facing the dining room. so maybe float the sofa in the LR with it's back to the dining room - either straight across that opening or slanted diagonally, so that it forms sort of a right angle with the fireplace. then put the TV in the corner opposite the fireplace (on the other side of the sliding door to the balcony).
