What to do with the nasty couch corner?

What do people do with the large corner space where there are couches on each wall? A table doesn't fill the space and looks awkward.

a table doesn't fill the space???? end tables come in many different sizes, heights & shapes, so there is surely one that would fit & be the proper proportion. an end table with a table lamp on it would provide light plus a surface for items. the table doesn't have to touch both walls plus both sofa sides & completely fill the space. you can bring it more forward away from the walls if need be, or center it in the space. make sure the surface isn't so low that it's awkward to reach a drink over large sofa arms, or too high so that a spilled drink would run off onto/into the sofa.
