Question Re-Finishing Tub?

I have an older tub in my home, wich is in great cond exept for the porcilan finish has gone bad and discolored. In Home Depot I saw a product for this to re-finish it.It is a 2 part epoxy finish (white),made by Klenk's Company. It cost about $30.Does anyone

Your question has been asked many times in this forum, and the answer always seem to come back the same.

Yes, you can go to HD (or whereever) and spend the $30 to $40 on a kit to refinish the tub yourself. Or you can pay a pro a few hundred dollars to come in and do it. The DIY finish will look like a DIY finish, (and nobody has bragged about their's yet!) and the pro finish will look like a pro finish.

It's your budget, and your house. You are the one who will have to live with results for a long time. Choose carefully.
