adding a bathroom

I am planning on adding a small bathroom to a house that has a crawl space. I recently attempted to crawl under the house to take a look at the sewer hookup and was shocked to discover how tight it is under there. I barely went in past the crawl space openning because it was like being in a coffin. The sewer line is situated nearby but I have no idea how I could possibly work in such tight quarters. Am I supposed to remove the floor and work from above? Thanks.

Cool

Sometimes with a very low crawlspace, opening up the floor is the only way.
Good Luck!
