toilet waste

The pipe that goes from the toilet to the main drain has broken but we did not know this happened until I looked under our patio and found that everything from our toilet is now under our patio. This is literally a cesspool that has accumulated over the winter. My question is, once we get the pipe fixed how to go about trying to remove the waste. It is a crawl space only and I do not know how to go about getting rid of this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.

I would start by calling a septic service and have them remove as much of the waste as they can with a pump truck, even if you have to add a few hundred gallons of water to it so they can pick it up. This should leave a managable amount to be dug out and disposed of.
