Question

I am finishing my basement and installing a bathroom. All piping is done, I a ready to set the toilet. The floor is concrete and I plan on installing ceramic tile. How do I attach the flange to the floor and should I install the tile first and attach it to the tile. And, what do I use for adhesive.

Cool

I would put in the tile first, attach the flange to the drain line, and screw it to the floor (masonry drill, lead screw plug). Good Luck!

Thumbs up

Lefty was correct with the installation instuctions. Don't forget the wax ring and caulk around the bottom of the toilet once it's installed. This will keep moisture from leaking under the toilet and rotting the sub floor.
