Which toilet works?

My early 90s toilet doesn't always flush, and I want to replace it with one that does.

A plumber told me the most reliable ones work with air pressure. The drawbacks he mentioned are noise and price, and when I asked about reliability, he wasn't too clear on how often they have to be fixed.

I think the price he gave was about $435 installed. He said other toilets that work pretty well start about $100 less.

Is there agreement that these are the best? If so, is the noise very bothersome to most people?

Are there other toilets that are known to work well? Do the prices he gave me seem right?

Question Looking for water pressure valve

I live in a double wide mobile home built by Clayton homes. I am having a problem with very low water pressure. I have city water and should have good pressure. They tell me that it may be at the pressure vavle and may be turned down too low. MY problem is I can't seem to locate it. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
